Can't change Avatar/Profile Pic

Hi,

I have all the right dimensions and size requirements, but I keep on getting "Can't save file" errors when I try to update my Avatar or Profile Pics??
...
Is there a problem?

We did have an issue last week with folder permissions but it was taken care of.
