Can't Find the Rules

Where are the rules for the Domain Name Auction forums? Can't find the sticky that used to be there.

update: found the rules by searching the forum, but the "rules" post should be sticky, as it used to be.

In addition to the DNForum rules, some of the forums have their own rules. These used to be listed in a sticky post under each forum; however, these posts no longer appear to be sticky and are thus more difficult to find. They are showing up as closed threads buried in the list.
