Can't Post in Fixed Price

For some reason I keep getting this error message when I try to post a thread in "Fixed Price Above $100"

"The following errors occurred when this message was submitted:
Please select an appropriate thread prefix from the drop down list beside the subject field."

Of course there is no drop down list to select :?:

Also, is the DNF store still functional? I have purchased highlighted thread titles, but they haven't been activated. Is there any refund for this?

There seems to be a few changes in the forum today which causes this bug. The forum was down for about an hour today. Will have to wait patiently for support from an admin I guess...

There is no longer a drop down section in Advertising to select ad, therefore you cannot post in this section either. Thanks
