Can't sleep... what do you do to sleep?

Medication is not a long term solution.
Stress would normally be the reason and you may not realize it.
Sometimes you're worried about something happened in the past or will happen in the future. Try to relax yourself - get a good Ipod with nice headphone and some good music (not rap, heavy metal or hip hop) and let your mind flow with the music.
If that does not work then take 2 Aspirin tablets every 8 hours and call me in the morning.

I couldn't sleep on a redeye coming back from Los Angeles this past Sunday, so I went out and bought the new version of PSP. I have another trip next week, so hopefully it will be easier to pass the time even if I can't sleep.
ZMA and Melatonin. These should do the trick. If your working out, ZMA will help speed recovery also. 5HTP is another over the counter option taken by NHL players to calm their nerves enough to sleep after night games. All are safe, and you won't feel lethargic the next day.

Domains are tough business, sometimes I get up at 4am to chat with someone in China then stay up until 1am waiting for an email from someone to fix an issue. It's called
CDS
Common Domainers Syndrome
Symptoms: Burning the candle at both ends in an attempt to catch up to all the guys that bought domains in the 90's. Yelling at yourself for not being smart enough to test domains like Frank or bright enough to buy a whole registry like Ham.
Diagnosis: Never giving up, dreaming about you latest catch and attempting to buy another domain with giving time for rest and or family activities. If you would rather have sex.com than sex with a human you are most likely a candidate of CDS.
When to seek help: When you consume more caffeine than calories
Treatment: rest without a computer or wifi access devices. Devices cannot be within 50 feet for effective treatment. In double bind .com studies repeating the phrase "domains will be there tomorrow" seven times has shown to help some CDS patients. Other treatment includes reading other material such as the Bible and children's books to the little people in your home and spending time with the significant other in your home if they have not left yet do to CDS.
Outlook: There is hope, CDS is curable and with treatment and love people have been known to find other hobbies that bring about healthy lifestyle habits.
Contact your domain professional to see if you too suffer from this debilitating condition, you don't' have to suffer alone anymore.

I would have to concur with that. I went 3 days without sleep traveling the globe, and reached a point of exhaustion where I struggled to actually fall asleep. Was a somewhat scary experience.
