I use Domainsite.com they charge $13.99 for .in registration

Directi through their subsidiary resellerclub offers $11.99/domain but that you have to pay for 1000 names upfront. If you at least give them a deposit of $500, their .in registration is $12.59/domain which can be deducted from the deposit. If you don't have too many names, I would rececommend name.com @ $13.99. They have a great interface and good customer service.
