Don't do what I just did.

Apparently I had listed a domain in godaddy's premium listings a year or 2 ago, and had fogotten all about it.

I built a nice little site on it a few months ago, was getting nice traffic. Had an inquiry this week about it. I replied with a much higher price.

It just sold this morning at godaddy premium listings. For less than half of what I asked the inquirer for.

DUH!!!

Hopefully, buyer may want the site with the domain?
Ask other half for the site ;)

It's good to find some time and re-price all your names during the holidays and then re-submit them all in the new year to Afternic,Sedo,GD Premium.

Was thinking the same, just sent an email. It's not much use to me anymore :-)

Just sent him an email.

Good idea also!

Also check your fixed prices at sedo, etc, make sure they are all up to date. I know I am. :-)

I change my price every month - and when ever i develop a domain I take it off the list before I start the project.

that's what i did this december on my holidays;

but then my mumma kept shouting @ me - Its your holiday son! computer, computer, computer :)

Hmm... Sorry about that bud. I really wanted the domain...
I'm a strong believer in Karma. Keep in touch. Perhaps I can make it up to you one day.

It was totally my mistake. No worries.. Nothing wrong with taking advantage of an opportunity.

Enjoy dnf. Great group here.

Cheers!

I'm a bit wary about setting fixed prices because of that (even if those will raise sales), and also because it takes me a lot of time to properly valuate each domain. When you have thousands taking care of that once in a while is almost a part time job...
