Chinese Traffic?

What do you guys do with your chinese traffic? I have a nice regional filter on my domains and I just send it now to the same as US traffic. It's pretty much garbage sending it to US type PPC engines.

Actually, I'd be interested in hearing what people do with various other regions too (German, Asian, Middle East).

With my own experience, traffics from China & Korea are huge but very low earnings from them for now:sad:
Especially from Korea where a very busy traffics come from, but almost no values be made, and just keep eating my traffic band that I had to ban some IPs from this area

Just my opinion, maybe there are better experiences from other members.

Yes, I'm at a standstill trying to convert this traffic. I thought about redirecting to an asian porn affiliate or something, but morally I'm not willing to send traffic from an asian tech domain to porn, kids stumbling on it and such.

I read somewhere that the Chinese gov filters all outgoing and incoming traffic and email.

I also read about 'obscene material' being filtered. I wonder if that means all sex related pictures, movies, etc?

From what I understand they are much less concerned about being naked in the flesh than naked in their politics..

Democracy.cn will get into to trouble much faster than tittyF**k.cn


From what I understand they will close down or interrupt any domains that are encouraging political dissent.

even casino .. very low number of downloads and then ..they don't deposit

by the way .. porn wouldn't work.. casino wouldn't ... Some PPC's would cancel your account... others would just block that kind of traffic.

and Asianfriendfinder would giver about $1 for 100,000 uniques

the thread is old, but the problem is still around...

Chinese traffic is very hard to convert...and until a trustworthy Chinese PPC service comes along it will stay that way
