Hello All,

I've been absent from the forum for quite some time now, my user name previously used to be Cinderella and I work for DotComGod. My user name has now changed to CS-Admin, (CS = Customer Service) so please if you have any complaints or compliments :wink: post them in this area and I promise you they will be answered and fixed in a timely manner.

I have one problem I submitted via support ticket approximately last week.
I don't receive emails upon PM or post. This stopped suddenly and I checked my user Cp and everything is correct.

If you can help get it fixed that would be great.

This should be fixed soon. I check daily on the progress. The problem was found but this issue has not been addressed yet. I'll check tomorrow.
