A bloody nightmare when transferring to someone who isn't familiar with the domains and bloody hell when transferring with someone in the biz!

The CIRA system seems straight forward enough to me but it seems every .CA registrar I have dealt with makes it inconvenient as possible and "support" to get it right.

Am I doing something wrong or do other people feel the same way?

Not as easy as .com pushes, but yes, it can be a little confusing for the first-timer. ie: that registrants can span registrars, etc.

CIRA has both pluses and minuses. And yes, they don't make it overly user friendly or very clear for those doing so the first time.

They also seem to like to take their sweet sweet time when you can least afford the time.
