Can someone explain this to me (see attachment)

How can a domain listed in yesterdays TBR drop have this info, it is it only this domain but over 100 other domains
that i shortlisted and wanted to see what got picked up

Do you mean why was it pending delete yesterday, which means it should be on the TBR for next week?
