Im cleaning some websites from my network + I need some extra money.

the website has a huge cms that will let you remove, add, let users add lyrics, etc.. You can control the website logged in as admin.

I haven't put much attention to the website and is fairly new.

In the right hands this could make mad money.

Revenue is little. I just added a 728x90 (Leaderboard) to test to the site as I never ran ads before. Site is making 1 buck daily.

open to all offers. please be serious you know this is a great website. Just needs attention which I can't give to it.
