.cn ownership requirements

Does anyone know what kind of ownership requirements there are for .cn domain names? Are there any worries or implications for a foreigner to own these domains? History of problems where a foreign company owned a successful .cn domain? Is there anyone here (non chinese) who's investing in .cn and would be willing to touch base with me quickly?

Use your company name to register the domain, and show the CNNIC that u own that company..you will be successful to ownt the .cn domain.
