.co .tv Transfer to Godaddy Question?

I am transferring some .co domains from Rebel.com to Godaddy. And I am transferring some .tv domains from Dynadot.com to Godaddy. Now I initiated both transfers on Wedenesday February 15th. I know the transfer itself will not complete in that time frame. The PROBLEM I'm having is that the transfer request keeps comming back as Failed and it's saying the domains are still locked. They are all unlock. Does .co and .tv registry take longer to unlock their names compared to other ctlds? Or is this just common?
