Just a quick rant about how incompetent and greedy Comcast is. Finally after 5 days have some internet services, and still have exposed cable wire that hasn't been buried. This after 3 calls to so called supervisors who said they will take care of it. Could go on and on...Just all in all frustration with the monopoly known as Comcast. Feel free to share your stories.

I agree, Comcast sucks. It must be nice to habe a selective monopoly (meaning all the similar companies agree to only sell in certain areas so they don't compete with each other).

Why don't you try a satellite provider? I have Directv and love it except for a bad storm here or there when I loose the signal. You should try it if its in your area. Their customer service is a lot better than Comcast.....WAY BETTER IMO:yes:

I have very few issues with the TV, it's the internet service that I have issues with.

Also, we have severe thunderstorms almost every day from May to November. :)

Draggar, I had Dish for years with very few problems. It takes a pretty heavy duty cloud to obscure the signal beyond usability. It does happen, but not too often. You might consider it.
