What would you say to these?:

If AAA.com is valued at 50,000, then...
AAA.net - 7,500 (15% of AAA.com)
AAA.org - 5,000 (10% of AAA.com)

If BB.com is valued at 100,000, then...
BB.net - 15,000 (15% of BB.com)
BB.org - 10,000 (10% of BB.com)

Could these seems right?
Or, are these totally wrong?

Well I sold bb.org for $20K so Id have to say they look close.

It will vary greatly. No set % can be determined, somtimes it 15% sometimes 25%. Its a way to reach a price but ultimately comes down to use, quality etc.

There is no formula. Instead there is an open market which changes with the wind.

I think you're roughly right, although I tend to favor .ORG over .NET because the .ORG extension makes sense with more keyword domains, and in terms of type-in traffic .ORGs will often pick up more than .NET

Beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder though..
