ForumComputer is a new computer and technology forum built on this premium, high quality keyword domain. Unfortunately I already have quite a few forums under my network, therefore I am looking to sell it to someone who can develop this gem and take it to the next level. The forum runs on VBulletin (a new leased license will be included with the sale) and features a slightly customized matching vbskinworks design. The forum is about a week old and currently has 294 threads, 1578 posts and 46 members obtained through forum promotions, word of mouth, personal invitations and signatures in a very short time. No income stats are available as ads were placed on the site today. Peace.cc is a funny videos, pictures, animations and flash games site which runs on licensed version of MediaScript (lifetime license included) with a nicely customized logo and design. All pages have been optimized with mod_rewrite for SEO. Script features a very strong admin panel to manage all aspects of the site including adding/editing/deleting categories, media files, users, pages, links and much more. We have also optimized ad locations on pages to blend into the site and provide a better clickthrough rate.
The site is couple of weeks old, has over 100 videos/pictures and receives around 100-200 unique visitors and 600-1000 page impressions a day. Traffic stats are available at http://www.peace.cc/peace.jpg. Traffic is generated through bookmarks, forum posts, signatures, word of mouth and links from my own sites which will remain intact as long as I own these sites. The site is currently using about 500 MB bandwidth/day and 500 MB space. Adsense started generating around $1-$2 per day since I placed the ads on a more prominent position on the page.
Looking for offers over $200 with BIN set at $400. Domain is registered at GoDaddy and come with a free push. Please note that I have spent a low $xxx amount for this single word premium domain and the script alone therefore I will not consider lower offers then my asking price.
