When I was first getting started, I turned down an $8k offer for a name I hand registered just a couple months before. I was hoping to get just a bit more out of the buyer after lengthy negotiations, but I ended up getting nothing and I'll probably let the name expire this year.

if you ever get a $,$$$ on a hand-reg name, then surely another offer will come around sooner...or later.

i bet he adds at least 2 more years registration.

When I first started, i noticed people were selling l33t0 email addresses and screen names, so I did the same, but by regging domains, using zeros for o's and l's for i's, etc., thinking back now, who would type those into an address bar? How silly!
