I am looking for established content sites that at least meet the following criteria:

• Is a content/ blog site
• Built on WordPress
• Is at least over 1 year old
• Has at least 1 year's worth of Analytics (Last 12 months is required)
• No Google penalties
• At least 3000 unique visits per month
• Receives 70% of its traffic from organic search

Budget: Up to $1000

over 4000 unique visits per month, no google penalties, good backlinks, blogger custom template with added coding, nothing fancy but getting alot of traffic.
