We've made a CMS that I think is perfect for a domaineer
Mostly because I am one, so I built it for what I'd want.
The main benefits are that you can run multiple sites from within one CMS (so multi domain capable CMS).
In addition to being able to install a site template so you can short cut development, it allows designers and business builders to upload their own templates to the system.
And not just visual templates either, think contact lists (leads for example), broadcast email sales letters, other elements besides just the visual templates can be "pushed" into the clients system.
It's all hosted online, nothing to install.
Here are some links to some info:
http://www.screencast.com/t/XHgdb7CjQYb - this has 3 screencasts including a good one of the multi domain capabilities.
Here's a walk through of what a designer did to redo one of our skins

Here's a walk through of our latest skin:

This is the skin in action with a local community site, this is the real estate page which (even with the fall in the housing market) can still garnish good lead fees from real estate agents.

While we built this as a community site for Agents, I think between the local directory and the publishing engine and multi domain nature of the software, it would be a good fit for GEO domaineers particularly, but for any domain people wanting to develop a magazine, newspaper type site around there domain.
here are a couple of examples that I'm working on for different market applications.

Here's an example of a freelancers who is using our script to run his business

Finally, here is a post that talks about the revenue share that we anticipate using to motivate affiliates. real estate agents and designers.

I'm very curious to get your feedback.
At this point there is still no payment gateway hooked up so you're welcome to go install a site (if you want the clean magazine site, choose the "tribeXL" template when you're signing up)
You can sign up from the home page of http://XLsuite.com
Still some rough points in the installer, we're working on getting the thumbnails working... don't need to tell me
I want to know....
A: Would you use this product?
B: What do you think I should charge for it monthly?
C: What markets do you think this would be most likely to take off in?
