Copy and paste link thing!!!!

as any one used one of these link exchange systems that you sign up to and copy and paste a code onto one of you pages and you get a big list of links, and yours is added?

something like telalinks?

do you know of any more?

I haven't because I heard that Google frowns on them, they consider them to be link farms.
