CowanRealEstate.com gets around 4/8 daily type-ins, pure real estate traffic.
It was a developed website ...

... but, even if not developed since over one year, it continues to get traffic because "Cowan RealEstate" is a well established realestate agency.
It generates few $ per month with domainsponsor but, if you've a realestate activity or project where forwarding this traffic, it's surely a domain you should consider to acquire and a great deal for you.
