Works for me, especially since I'm in an area that's also obsessed with tourism and image. Moreover, as we just posted at the same time above, looks like you've unearthed those pesky inconvenient facts that always spice things up. I was just thinking, too, as I was eating some microwaved rice, that it could also be part of a drunken/stoned visitor accidental death prevention program as well. The way I see it, probably lots of folks staying at those hotels get pretty plastered pretty frequently, and it would be easy to accidentally go flying off a balcony or out a window, too. Just a thought.
