Credits?

I had noticed on the profile page recently there was a "Credits" feature. But now this feature has dissapeared :?:

Is this a new feature or old, and how are Credits given?

I see the credits at the top. I had 4 but now I have 0. I have no clue what they do...hopefully will see a post soon.
