Custom avatar?

Hey guys. I paid the $10 for a custom avatar about a week ago, and I'm still not able to use it. I've also submitted two support tickets, but have never received a response.

Not a huge deal, but principally, I want what I paid for! Maybe my tickets are not getting through?
