Custom WordPress Themes?

I am kind of at a loss where to find someone to make a custom WordPress theme for my blog. I posted on a few other forums but haven't got the response I want.

Can anyone recommend a person/company/website?

EDIT:

Several people have msg'ed me about creating blogs with SEO plugins, hosting, customized themes, etc. I don't want any of that.

I have a blog running already. I want a 100% custom theme, not a customized public theme. Nothing more, nothing less.

I would hire that out at places like guru.com or elance.com. You can get some theming done fairly cheap.
