First you assume your money saved is right, its not, you are incredibly high, drop it to $X-$XX, far from $200+.

Second the conversion rate of 20+ a day would require thousands of uv a day, not doable and since it is generic to the point it excludes any searches for a specified brand like eharmoney etc sing up rate would imo be lower.

Without going further its a multi decade buy.

Doesn't the plentyoffish site make something like 100k month?

Those numbers could be matched within a few years with dating.com IMO.

If it was that easy, the seller would be already making that kind of money and would not be selling for 1.75M.

The seller made out like a bandit.

Yes! This is guaranteed to raise the value of my dating related domains.

DatingServices-Portland-Oregon-247.info @ $15,000
Blind-Dating-For-Real-Blind-People-California.biz @ $85,000

Accepting counter offers within reason.

Very precise.

this domain may convert just fine... mostly because DATE.COM is a developed and well established site with tens of thousands of visitors daily

https://www.google.com/adplanner/pl...ntifier=date.com&geo=001&trait_type=1&lp=true

so DATING.COM may be getting plenty of spill over traffic daily from the name above and all the 1000s or however many other *dating.com sites there are + natural type ins directly to this domain from people looking for dating services, etc.

only time will tell though.... good luck to new owners :)

That said, this could be a name of interest to Date.com, not only to capture those typos, but to further claim their share of the online dating market.
