Why should you buy this? Take a look:
1. Des Moines: population 215,000. Metro population of over 600,000. Think they don't eat pizza here? (Oh where oh where is there a pizza place in this town? I know. Let me do a quick search...)
2. Keyword rich: You want to know where there's a pizza place in Des Moines? Direct navigation to DesMoinesPizza.com gets you to where you're going. The keywords are already built into your domain name. Plus, it's a .com. Easy-Peasy.
3. Estibot values it at $450.
Estibot says des moines pizza gets 140 searches per month on Google. Estibot says Advertisers pay up to $2 per click to advertise under des moines pizza.
4. GoDaddy Valuation values it at $947.
GoDaddy lists 3 comparable sales:
BaltimorePizza.com - $1,300
YoungstownPizza.com - $599
CarlsbadPizza.com - $820
My price to you: only $249.
That's WAAAY less than what those other pizza names sold for (see above).

Do the math. (Let's see. If it's worth $947, or even $450, and you're buying it for $249...)
So ask yourself. What's the downside?
