This domain was a TBR for our customer so we made a TBR booking at Sibername. We have the copy of the credit card receipt for the booking at Sibername. We have the original confirmation e-mail message from CIRA that this domain was successfully registered in the name of our customer.

Sibername at some point sold this domain to a third party and transferred it out of the account. At no time did we or our customer approve any transfer.

The current registrant is not the person from the confirmation message from CIRA.

Looks like you should be the legitimate owner of the domain to me. I would be all over CIRA if this happened to me.

That's not encouraging that you've written to nathan and got nothing considering he's handling the current sibername security flaw problem.

And you've let more than two years elapse so I don't think you can sue either.

Beyond embarrassing Sibername (and it's increasingly obvious you can't) I think you're S.O.L.

We can sue, because we gave formal notice at the start of 2006 when the issue was discovered. Ed Toy was also given a copy.-
