How does this affect search engines from spidering as fast now?
I go to a Digg subpage with an iframe. The top being a Digg navigation bar and the bottom being the actual website I wanted.
If this is a new feature; and you don't have it, how do you turn it off?
I found out the answer to both of my questions.
The "DiggBar" is only seen when logged in, so it won't affect search engines. It appears that the bar was automatically enabled on user accounts. I just found out how to disable it. If you're annoyed with it like I am, then next to the big "X" on the bar above the website is a down arrow button (looks like "v"), click that and it will slide down options. Click "never display the DiggBar" and it won't come up again.
