DMCA for requesting link removal - Looks like Google penguin is at work

BuyYourCar.co.uk has over time been targeted by both malicious link building (by sources unknown to us) and copyright infringement.

The following sites have both content and links pointing to us, neither of which have our permission or agreed by ourselves.

Looks like Google penguin is at work.

These guys have crocked way of asking for link removal request.

They added their link to 1000's of sites/directories when Google give them a stroke
they found all the sites where their link is indexed in Google and sent a DMCA request for all of them to request for link removal.
