Iâd like to sell the domain DNCConvention.com. As I am sure you are all aware, DNC Convention stands for Democratic National Committee Convention.
In November 2005, DNC Chairman, Howard Dean, announced that the 2008 DNC Convention is scheduled for August 25th â August 28th 2008, right after the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Among the cities in contention to host the DNC Convention include: Anaheim, New York, New Orleans, Dallas, Denver, San Antonio, Minneapolis, Orlando, Detroit, Phoenix and Las Vegas. Yes, the DNC does not take place for another 2 1/2 years, but as the 2008 DNC Convention approaches this domain is destined to see a lot of traffic, and I mean a lot! Best of all, this domain does not lose its long-term after the convention is over, because DNC Convention takes place every four years. In fact, if you were to visit www.RNCConvention.com, it directs visitors to the official GOP website.
I am searching for a third-party broker who can help me effectively market this domain to either another reseller or (preferably) an end-user. I am offering a 15% commission to this broker, should I choose to retain your services. If they negotiate the deal for $10,000 (and I choose to accept) that is $1,500 to that person.
