whenever I try to download any file, I get:
Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 57 seconds before you may download another file.

I wait it out and the count starts all over again.

Hi Tia,
I changed it from 60 seconds to 10 seconds, please take it for a spin again and let me know if it's still giving you trouble.

Getting the same thing. And it's only clicking on it once.

Don't have any download accelerators installed. I'm using a satellite internet connection though.
 
No issues here, IE6 @work.

If I remember, I'll try it with FF when I get home tonight.
