Does it have alexa ranking or not?

I found an available name that, when typed into alexa, pulls up a different website's address and has a decent alexa rating.

When typed into http://metricsmarket.com/ , it yields quite a few hits

What does this mean? Should I register it? It almost seems too good to be true.

What about it metricsmarket.com says it gets 70,000 hits per month?
