Domain Blocked! What caused this? The fix?

Hello savvy Domainers,

I was wondering if anybody can shed some light on why this domain is blocked.

CafeLolita*com

Name is at Moniker
The whois says it is clear and had Active website.
DNS is pointed to Namedrive and Keyword is set in the ND cpanel.

But when you go to the site it says, "This domain has been blocked"

What causes this and what is the fix?

It's probably blocked for ads by Google, but only Namedrive can tell.
It can be due to dubious history of the domain (click fraud, spam, whatever), or just the "Lolita" keyword.
"Lolita" is commonly used for underage porn sites, which may be the cause why they block it.

I don't believe that is the only definition of the word. But rather shooting for

Young female
Precious girl

etc.

I would never want to promote underage anything!

I have emailed ND support, let's see what they say.

Suggestions for anyplace that this name would be accepted for keywords like "hot girls" or the like?
