What would you do with a domain name which expires in a few months, which you dont really want and having trouble selling, but has quite a few hits/traffic?

Would you renew just for the sake of traffic or let it lapse and call it a day? Id be gutted to find someone else picks it up after Iv let it lapse for the traffic point of view.

Thanks for your opinions...

for the sake of a few bucks for another year ! especially with traffic, surely you will make up the cost at least of re-regging it ?

Its an adult domain name, a combination of 4 domains linking to 1 primary domain (just a combination of .com's and .co.uk's linking to the main site). Was a forum with about 250 active users and about 200 who just signed up to view a particular thread.

Im not very good with stats and its parked with sedo now, sedo says 150 unique per month - but its only been parked 2 weeks so not sure how its calculated. I know its not huge traffic compared to some that brag on here - but it was quite good for a first site. Just didnt have time to keep managing a forum.
