Domain sales/ revenue

I know this has probley been asked many times before. But on a domain that makes a couple thousand a year, how many year times revenue would you charge someone?

Any one please can you give me you opinion on how many years you go back to price a domain?

It depends on the type of revenue...if it's parking then 3-5 years at this point. If it's a site that needs updating and work...maybe 10-16 months. Of course any site is only worth what a seller is willing to pay.
