I think there is a lot of non domain related tools etc posted in the domain tool exchange by members just wanting access, People should put effort into posting something instead of just a link to some website in my opinion.

Is the tools exchange suppose to be free? because your exchanging tools for a more useful tool. If it wasnt free shouldnt it be call Tool Refer Exchange?
