Dotster.com/MyDomain.com Problem

I purchased some domains that were registered with a mydomain.com affiliate registrar and the seller pushed them to my dotster/mydomain.com account. I can see them in my account and can edit the contacts info, ns's etc, but when I check any whois server it shows the previous owner's information.

Any idea about that?

Does it just take long to update (although whois server update is usually instant), or is there anything else that needs to be done to complete the push?

edit: resolved now, took over 10 hours for whois to update, weird!
