Trying to get Dotster to reply to emails is mission impossible. Can anyone supply me with a contact email address for someone who works over there. The same applies to namewinner.

Would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

This is "your mission, should you decide to accept it..." :-D

I tried that 4 days ago with a conspicuous lack of any response.

I think you are out of luck Ed. Dotster has the worst customer service I have ever encountered on or off the web. Not only are emails to general support ignored (as well as most trouble tickets) - so are emails to specific individuals as well as phone messages left for those individuals. I have tried a number of people throughout the organization, including "Customer Service" (LOL) Director Chris Clark and going all the way up to the president, Clint Page, with no luck. As far as I know there is no phone number where a human being answers. If Namewinner did not land a lot of nice domains for me at low prices I would have nothing to do with Dotster.

I don't know about Dotster as registrar alone, but my emails to Namewinner are always answered promptly!

But I also spend a lot of money with them, LOL! So they BETTER respond!
