Yes, there's very little activity, but it should be possible to boost the activity pretty easily if done right. For instance by paying 10 cents pr referral and sending a newsletter to the members to let them know about it.
We were planning to do this, but we want to move on to future projects and need some money to start it.
The lisence is an owned lisence. I bought it in november.
The lisence will come with the site.
