Simple tutorial site I was hoping to build up, but I go back to work soon so I have decided to sell it as I won't have time to manage it.
Opened for - 10 Days
Unique visitors in that time - 12000
Traffic
Traffic is mainly from Good-Tutorials.com and Pixel2Life.com
Simply by adding 3-4 tutorials a week and submitting them to good-tutorials should keep the traffic coming. After a three days of being listed on neither of those sites however it starts to decline a bit into the low 300's.
Revenue
I experimented with popups for a couple of days (was using paypopup.com), with about 500 impressions i got $1usd, but I thought it wasn't worth it so I got rid of them. Just been using Google Adsense, I get a few clicks, but the ads don't seem to pay much, but never really learnt about proper optimization.
Content
All the content is 100% original and written/drawn by me, you will get exclusive rights to use it. There is a video tutorial that I had to take down due to bandwidth usage, but you'll also have the exclusive rights to this if you want to use it.

Site is run with the latested version of WordPress and once the site gets a Page Rank the search engine rankings should rise substantially.
Not entirely eager to sell, because I do like the site, so I'll only sell if the offer is decent. I'll see what kind of offers I get and then turn this into an auction.
