Source of traffic: No major source - it was *the* oldest blog directory (as far as I know) that still exists. Google says over 10k links, and Yahoo says 231k (not using linkdomain - linkdomain gives 414k)

• The site is a PR7
• The directory is a subdomain. The www. is a PR6
• The site itself will be very known to those who have looked into blog directories. My discretion is more for historical purposes
• The site was down for roughly two months. Hosting problems. So there will be a blip for Alexa checkers
• Looking at Alexa today, the 1 week average ranking is 15,718. For the past two months it has hovered around 20k, dipping up and down
• It has no 'un-natural' links - everything is natural. No special link exchanges or relationships or three-ways or hugs
• As mentioned above, 10,000 backlinks according to Google, and 231,000 according to Yahoo (linkdomain says 414,000)
• The directory subdomain has 486,000 pages in google
• It has basic SEO done on it (titles, H1). The HTML itself is a mess heh
• It has two DMOZ listings (the www. was a blog, and then a DMOZ listing for the directory
• The directory is also listed in the Yahoo Directory (unpaid, grandfathered)
• The directory has over '34,000+' weblogs listed, and over 27,000 'authors'. More on this below
• Over 320,000 ratings/reviews
• The box has its own P4 server with ev1. Doesn't need it (a VPS is enough), but I have a habit of overkill server resources
• The site has never sold textlinks (I never sell textlinks). So for those that do, the site is (or should be) 100% clean for that.
• I am selling because we are about to start (or actually, have started) a very large web project. For those that follow domain sales, it was mentioned somewhere in there.

Caveats and Disclosure (honesty is the best policy! )

• The admin tools are ... almost non-existent. So I am working on them, but they may be a bit rough at first
• There is spam in the directory. For someone who bought the site, that would be there one major (and unfortunate) headache.
• I have my own blog directory. It is a separate entity (and more of a portal than directory). Just giving disclosure
