Employee monitoring software ?

Hi again,

I m here to get your ideas one more time. :lol:

I want to track my employee s over the internet.

I have found many softwares but they dont support to monitor out of local network.

We have staffs all over the world.So i just need to monitor anyone that is anywhere.

Also employees will know that we r watchin them.


Any ideas ? Any big bosses using any programs ? :lol:

Best way to do that is to employ trustworthy people that like their jobs. Pay them well and you won't need monitoring software.

Make sure you know all the privacy laws well for where employees live. You may get in trouble for such "monitoring".

Normally you have them to sign the policies to let them acknowledge that you have the rights to monitor their activities.

Need to check local laws as flybuzz said to make sure that it is legal.

But like Acro said: fire them if you don't trust them.

I dont think so .
trusting is sometihng different.
I got the best coders for our projects.
But that doesnt mean i dont need to monitor them.
Maybe they are doing something wrong or they may need do the right thing according to our projects.

Monitoring always doesnt mean that i dont trust them.
They will know that they are being monitored.(an icon on tray.)
