have to wait 24 hours for the office birds at sedo to approve the comment the end user posted, that sucks that i have to wait 24 hours

It'll be something along the lines of 'we can't afford to pay any more than this' or 'its our very last offer'.
I've never had a comment that said 'this is our offer but we are quite happy to pay more'
Accept it.
