End-User market heating up?

I have made THREE end-user sales in the last 3 weeks.

The first was an ongoing negotiation for a one-word .ORG that took almost a year to complete.

The second was to an end-user I reached out to who had the .com version of my .org name (just wanted rid of mine).

The third was from a person who contacted me out of the blue about a 4 Letter .US name.

Has anybody else seen an uptick in sales in the last month?

Sold quite a few to end users recently.

One good thing is not to use private who is.

Seems like inquiries are up for really good dot coms and they should continue to increase over time as more and more end users develop businesses around the names.
