2 Qs.

1) If I want to register a .de in Enom, it asks to confirm for a German address.
Is this normal? Anyway around this?
Strange, I thought that .de was open.

2) does .de accept multi lingual characters, for the German language?
Enom says it is only for com, net and org

Any replies much appreciated!

this is the kind of help I appreciate in this forum.....
non existant...
it is a simple Q...

You have to agree the registrant is located in Germany or something. I backed out prompto when I saw that.

.de names require the admin c to be located in Germany.

Best Regards
Nico

anyway around this?
Wasnt .de deregulated and made open to the public?
there are so many .de regged out there, I doubt they all have German addresses?
Thanks!

Get a free .de email somewhere and use that maybe?
I'm sure there are ways around this like US registrations.
