eNom and money

is it possible to transfer money from an eNom account to another eNom account? Or are domains the only thing you can transer from one enom account to another?

It can be done. You'll need to email sales at enom - from the email of the account that has the money.

But is it possible when I have made somone a reseller account, he transfered all domains from his account but still has1.24 USD in his account, can I close the account?

An enom account with money in it can't be deleted I think. But why not just leave it or use it if you can.
