enom help - balance info

Could dome kind sould please help me.


I usually use paypal to fill my enom reseller account.
Today I used my CC directly.

'my enom' shows this:

Account Balance: small amount
Available Balance: large amount

whats going on???

do I have the spending money of the available balance or not?
I got a confirmation email that says my reseller account is ok for the full thing, but it stil shows the above.

Sometimes it takes a little while to update, even with Paypal - you should be fine to use it, though it may delay getting the "successful" with your reg's until it updates.

It means that Enom got a credit authorization for the purchase/refill amount.

But, They have not been paid by the credit card co. When, they are paid.
The balance numbers will be equal.

It usually takes a couple days.
