I registered a new name via Namecheap, and so it was temporarily hosted on an eNom server, and i found out that it was one blacklisted by Spamhaus. Here is what they say about eNom in one of their reports.

63.251.92.195/32 is listed on the Spamhaus Block List (SBL)

Redirection abuse

For several weeks now there has been a very persistent problem involving the eNom redirection service. Currently some spam operation is registering at least hundreds of domains which are hosted on the eNom redirection service. The redirection target is always a bulletproof hosted server in China. This is done to prevent URI-on-SBL techniques from catching this spam.

At this moment the eNom redirectors hold the number 2 to 6 spots on the list of the top 10 spamvertized site hosts.

The fact that eNom is not only providing redirection services for this spammer, but is also hosting DNS (for the spamvertized domains and the Chinese hosted domains) and is the registrar for all these domains does not make things better.

If eNom wants to solve this problem they need to find the accounts that register the domains and create the redirections, otherwise it will never end.
