Hi,

Just a couple of questions...

I have a lot of typos picked up in the last 6 months or so. I have not had any TM issues yet...do companys take domain owners to court a lot to get typo domains from...well people like me/us?

Example: is MSN going to want a typo like xboxx360.com (real domain xbox360.com) etc...



I see that Godaddy in most whois....just list a persons name and not much else.

Is this this possible with an Enom account?

there is no hiding, if they want it they will most likely get it.. doesn't matter which registrar you are with -- they all comply according to icann, and a udrp can and will be brought forward regardless.

no, there is no e-mail or warning.. they come in the middle of the night and raid your house... take all your belongings and lock you up in the slammer for infringing a popular trademark because it is a serious crime. :veryangry
